Most private funds ask you to hand over your money and wait. Years for the asset to sell. Income quarterly, if it comes at all.

Used cars do not sit for years. Independent dealers buy their inventory at auction and sell it, usually in about 50 days. To carry those cars they need short-term capital, and banks and legacy lenders still control about 90% of that financing. Smaller dealers are creditworthy but capital starved, and large institutions have mostly stayed away.

How it works

  1. A dealer is approved on two years of business financials, bank statements, and credit and background checks.
  2. When the dealer buys a car at auction, the fund pays for it and holds the title.
  3. The car sells. The proceeds are wired, the loan is repaid, and only then is the title released.
  4. The same capital goes straight back out to fund the next car.

Every unit faces a hard 120-day payoff. If a dealer breaks the agreement and does not fix it, the cars come back within 30 days and are resold through auction partners, with the proceeds going to the fund.

Every loan carries a UCC-1 filing and a personal guarantee from the dealer, and every car is tracked on a real-time dashboard.
